Leave the 99

to find the one.

We are passionate about creating strong new churches that reach those who are far from God.

Our commitment to nurturing and guiding servant leaders through the process of church planting is at the core of our mission and approach. We envision a future where innovative church planters are mentored and supported to boldly leave the comfort of the 99 to reach the one. Our values prioritize long-term relational partnerships, team ministry, and a foundation of prayer. We believe that planting new churches is the most effective way to spread the Gospel, and we are dedicated to empowering gifted pastors and leaders to fulfill this mission.

Stories

“Having Pastor Gregg and Robin in our corner, encouraging us, praying for us, coaching us and providing financial support has been a world changer. Because of 99 Network, we’ve seen over 60 people make decisions for Christ in our first 6 months as a church!”

- Casey & Aimee Graves

  • The Refinery Church (CA)

“Jessie has been an amazing mentor and coach during our church planting process. Every time we meet I feel encouraged and also equipped with new ideas or concepts to better enhance our church. I don’t think we would’ve been able to launch Legacy Church well or sustain the momentum we’ve had without the support and expertise of and Jessie in particular.”

- Justin Hamilton

  • Legacy Church (Chandler, AZ)

“My wife and I had been seeking God for clarity on how to move forward with the unique vision He’d given us to reach athletes in the fitness community who were not seeking Him. God connected us with 99 Network. After sharing our vision, 99 Network quickly supported us and helped us launch our weekly experience. They have supported us financially, coaching, mentoring, and a tight community of church planters around the world…”

- Kelly Barcol

  • Move Daytona (South Daytona, FL)

“Our church is now in our 4th year and, while the struggles never cease, we have new people walking in every Sunday. We have faithful volunteers, a college ministry, a thriving women's bible study, a transformative discipleship group, a faithful men's group, and a children's choir. The 99 Network has been present for it all. They never stop checking in on us. Never stop encouraging us. Never stop believing in us. And so, with Bible in hand and sword in the other, we charge toward the horizon knowing that we have an army at our side.”

Our Team

  • Gregg Parris

    Chairman of the Board

Gregg is the founder of the 99 Network, with a vision to plant, partner and network to see life-giving, reproducing local churches established in North America and other parts of the world. Since 1982, Gregg has also served as the senior pastor of Union Chapel Association, a congregation in Muncie, IN, that has grown from a small rural church to a large regional church reaching thousands.

  • Ryan Miller

    President

Ryan grew up in northwestern Pennsylvania as a passionate Penn State football fan. That love for the game led him to attend Penn State University, and it was there that God had a surprise in store for him. At 19 years old, in a university library, God gave Ryan a calling away from engineering and into pastoral ministry. Ryan went on to serve in collegiate ministry for 12 years before he and his wife, Jana, felt a specific calling of God to move to Marietta, OH to plant Local Church. Local Church was the very first church plant that Pastor Gregg Parris (our founder and chairman of the board) sponsored. Today Local Church is a multisite congregation who is focused on bringing life-giving churches to small towns. Ryan serves as the President of our network and helps us to plant churches across the United States. Ryan has four amazing children, Lucas, Grace, Kylie, and Maddie.

During that time, Jessie co-authored the book, “Developing A Leadership Resident” and also worked for Newthing (a church planting network) serving as a coach, conference speaker, consultant, and ultimately as the Regional Director for Central & South America. Jessie is passionate about helping churches launch (specializing in Pre-Launch and year 1) and leading churches through strategic planning/goal setting, demographic identification, and leadership development strategies.
