Accelerating Church Plants Across America

Our Dream:

To accelerate 1,000 strong, vibrant, and life-changing churches across the country. This dream will require $1 billion to realize.

God has given us the right formula to do this:

  • Assessing the right church planter

  • Funding them for 3 years post-launch

  • Building systems in their church so they
    can grow

  • Coming alongside a growing, dynamic church plant with a game changing gift so that they can get into their first multipurpose facility. This gift will pour gas on the fire of growing church plants.

Why do church plants get stuck?

Most new churches get stuck by their 5th birthday. Here are the six consecutive steps that cause it to happen:

  1. Planters don’t know how to raise their salaries.

  2. Sending organizations abandon them within 18 months.

  3. Founding pastors lack coaching.

  4. They get stuck in temporary facilities.

  5. They can’t afford to purchase a permanent facility.

  6. In desperation, they buy a small building that kills their momentum.

In 2016 my family planted Local Church in Marietta, OH. Our launch Sunday was the last day we ever heard from our sending organization. Our church grew significantly, but we found ourselves stuck in temporary facilities with no ability to get out. In desperation we bought a building that was too small. Our church stopped growing at 400 people because of that decision. We could have reached thousands in our small town if a major financial gift had come in. The six problems you see here are real and unacceptable. We formed the 99 Network to solve them so church plants in this country could accelerate rather than stall out.
— Ryan Miller (President and Founder of 99 Network)

Our vision is to solve these problems with coaching and funding at three critical stages:

Fundraising Boot Camp:

Where planters are taught how to raise their salaries.

Post-Launch Budget Support:

To sustain the church as it grows.

$500,000 Gift:

To establish the church in the right facility.

Your Story Church
Houston, TX

Pastors Donnell and Vianay Mann have a powerful testimony. Donnell came to Christ in 2012 after a prison sentence. Jesus radically turned his life around and Donnell found himself working on a church staff as a Next Gen Pastor. God eventually gave the Mann’s a calling to go back to Donnell’s old neighborhood, where he was once involved in the gang life. They started a church with the dream of turning his community to Jesus. They launched Your Story Church in Houston, TX in January 2025. Their launch Sunday saw 518 people attend, and 23 people found salvation in Christ! We are confident that they’ll need a facility soon.

Gulfside Church
Cape Coral, FL

Paul and Tia Irminger moved to Cape Coral, FL and launched Gulfside Church in the spring of 2017. They were the 2nd church to be sent by the 99 Network. They grew in a high school until, like Local Church in Ohio, they were shut down by Covid-19. They fought back and built momentum again, and are now a church of 300 people meeting in a high school auditorium. They’ve purchased 16 acres of land and paid it off within a year. But now they’re stuck. They cannot begin construction until a major gift from our network helps them.

Local Church
Marietta, OH

Local Church is the first church plant ever launched from the 99 Network. Ryan Miller (president of the network) and his family moved to Marietta, OH in 2016 with a big vision to reach a small town. Within three years they were the largest church in Marietta, but then Covid-19 shut the plant down. They relaunched in 2021 in a small building and immediately grew larger than their pre-shutdown attendance. Now they’ve purchased a bowling alley and are renovating it so they can be rooted for long-term ministry. Local Church has led just over 1,000 people to Jesus in the nine years since it’s been open!

We’ve received a founding, multi-year commitment of $600,000.
